How did I get start these day to look for a job ?

Folks, It’s an obvious “ search the web “ for jobs. Or look on indeed. I am looking after 15 years for a new job. ( have 25 years of experience in IT operations & engineering ) currently run 5 teams ( 35-40 employees) Done quite a few large architectural deployments, cloud infrastructure and initiatives. Looking for next gig. So how do I get even started ? (Obviously build a resume 🫣) Should I go via headhunter ? Direct application via sites like indeed ? Last option ( tap into my network ) if nothing works. Looking for at least Director + ( non faang ) have a family + life after work. Current TC: 250. YOE : 25
