Got a few GE, but never DE, what does it take to get a DE?
I got ABCDE
DE = discretionary equity?
Current manager and former IC recipient of DE (now formally called Additional Equity). VPs send around a call for nominations towards the end of calibrations. There is then some process by which the VP selects the recipients (I’m unclear on how formal the process is). Your manager will then present an additional letter to you during PSC conversation with the amount. I got it this time last year and it was ~$750k worth of RSUs on a normal 4-year schedule.
I feel jealous!
I thought it went EE<GE<RE Where does DE fit in?
What do all those acronyms stand for?
My guess is... (Meets Expectations) Exceeds Expectations Greatly Exceeds expectations Defines Expectations Redefines Expectations They're PSC ratings.
