How do I get a Microsoft Developer / Technician to look into an XBox PC App issue?

I've been having an issue with the Xbox PC app since years. A big, blockbuster game releases on Xbox/PC, I install it on my D: drive via XBox PC app, excited to start playing it. Only to see the game crash at launch with Exception code: 0xc0000005. This has happened to me with multiple games - Plague Tale: Requiem, Scorn, Atomic Heart, Redfall and now Starfield. And now I have identified a pattern over the year and thus have a probable cause. My SSD is partitioned into two - 100 GB C: drive and 800 GB D: drive. I install all my games to D: drive. I've noticed that if the size of the game installed on D: drive is bigger than free space on C: drive, the game crashes. If the game size is smaller than free space in C: drive, game runs fine. I've done every single troubleshooting step found all over the internet. (Full details here - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/all/pc-game-pass-games-crash-at-launch-with-exception/9d099603-e9f2-4dcc-8eff-e9f7f691804a ) I posted on reddit to check if others have the same issue. But their reaction kinda looked like fans ganging up on me! How dare I say Xbox may have bugs!! Anyway, at this point, I have no other troubleshooting steps left. Only way this problem can get resolved is if a Microsoft developer (working on the xbox app) looks into this, maybe connects to my system via remote assist and gathers logs / dump files etc to find why exactly it is crashing. I had reached out to Xbox/MS support, but they keep giving the usual troubleshooting steps that I've already done. As a last ditch effort, I'm posting here, since MS employees do frequent this space. If you are an MS employee, is there anyway you can get this noticed by someone in the higher up and get this issue addressed? #Microsoft #Xbox #Gaming #Crash #Troubleshooting

0x5 is low enough number to represent some kind of hardware fault PS. Answer is based on general ideas how error codes are usually allocated and not on knowing what this one means in your situation

Hard drive is hardware. This pattern seems to make sense. They probably are calling os to get the free space to do some calc but not checking which drive the app os installed on. I have a solution though. Op should just get an Xbox.

Report the bug in Feedback Hub.

I've done that for every game I encountered this in. But there's never a response on those feedback posts.
