How do I help my wife get a job?
She has H4-EAD. She held couple of jobs in India (contracting on govt digitization projects, mostly coordinating delivery) for few years but does not have many transferrable skills in today’s job market. She now has a 7 years employment gap. Working a low paying retail job doesn’t make a lot of sense as we will end up spending what she earns on child care.

Lot of tech companies offer return to work program for women. Also, since market is not that good maybe she can do some small courses meanwhile?
