My mother who is totally non tech savvy downloaded an mp3 to her iPhone, it's an audio clip of her niece playing piano. For some reason I can't figure out how to play it. I first went to the 'files' app on iPhone and found the downloaded mp3 file. I tap on it and it shows a screen with the file name but no indication of any audio being played. ( I also noticed an up arrow next to the file , something to do with iCloud? She has no iCloud account and doesn't want one) I downloaded both vlc player and apple music. Neither app has ability to open a local file. She told me she used to be able to do this with one tap on her Samsung Galaxy.
VLC can open a local file. It’s the top option when you open the app. Sorry it’s on the Network tab
Not possible. This is one of the unsolved problems in computer science
