How do court challenges of a passed bill PACKAGE work?

Question given some of the news this week, but generalizing the question: If the House passes 5 bills that are packaged into 1 for Senate vote (that is then made into law), and the law is challenged in court for being unconstitutional for 1 of the original 5 bills and the courts agree, what happens to the rest of the package? Can the challenge be directed at one of the 5 sub-bills/Could the courts choose to overturn only part of the package? Or would the courts decision overturn all 5 bills (and its decision based on all 5 bills in conjunction)?
