I keep getting reached out on LinkedIn by headhunters to companies I’ve already applied to. Can I just play dumb and go through with them? Do they add value to my application?
Headhunters make your life much easier You don’t have to apply for jobs, they look for jobs for you and advocate for you
This plus they get paid based on you signing an offer and how much the offer is so it’s in their best interest to negotiate the highest offer they can Just gotta be good with boundaries and not let them pressure you into accepting something you don’t want.
Is it a problem if I’ve been rejected to places they reach out about? Or should I not mention it?
