Seriously? Apple is DYING...These possible IPad updates are so boring *Yawn*
In theory, Redfin is less personal, and traditional agent can provide a more personal touch. But the saving on commission, especially for houses around HCOL tech hubs, can be seriously appealing. How did you buy your last house? (or plan to in the future?) TC 320k YOE 5 #housing #realestate
Zillow redirected me to an agent, working with him right now and he's great
Buying with redfin is fine. They even give you money back
Redfin wont negotiate well.
Depends on where you buy. In the Seattle area you can never negotiate down
The money the buyer/seller agents make doesn’t come out of the buyer’s pocket - the seller pays that (at least in the Golden State). You pay the purchase price (or down payment) plus closing costs and that’s it.
Uh huh. And do you think the purchase price /might/ be set knowing that the seller has to pay for the agents? Pro tip: If you’re the only one supplying the money in the transaction, you’re paying for everything.
Considering the seller pays out a % of the sale price.. if anything that would motivate them to keep the price lower right Of course, that’s not how it works out.. Try again, you have zero idea what you’re posting about
Weird poll. What personal touch do you expect from your real estate agent? A massage on the kitchen countertop when you go see a house?
sounds kinda nice
Traditional agent for a new build since I’d get screwed if I tried doing it myself since I’m not that knowledgeable of the new builder process.
