How do you choose from so many great companies?

I’m graduating college soon and trying to decide what company to join (CS, eng). There are several companies that have rejected me but of the ones that have given offers, I am having a hard time deciding which one to go with. I don’t want to name companies, so specifics aside, what are your general principles in deciding what company to join when you have multiple offers? Especially when you don’t have a lot of prior details on what exactly the team will be like, who the coworkers will be, etc.
