How do you guys give resignation? Do you usually stay for full 2 weeks?

Yes I gave two weeks notice. But, my manager got upset and told me to not come to work the last week of my employment.

Yes at least two weeks, never burn a bridge. You may need to cross the bridge at some point.

Last time I switched jobs I gave 4 weeks notice since I was in middle of a project and needed 4 weeks to wrap up.
