I visit float tank (2-4times in a month), and I exercise at least twice in a week (mostly lifting weights). I am trying to stay away from alcohol lately because it makes me unproductive the day after. However - family, work, & side business are taking majority of my time, so I am curios in some tips from "Blind users".
I go surfing when I can
Bouldering and dancing
Lots of marijuana
Play badminton
Reading. Nothing technical or work related. I have a book of short Kafka stories on my nightstand, reading those really helps to recharge mind from daily things and worries.
Should add this to my list :)
I exercise everyday. I don't even skip weekends. Helps me recharge all the time.
+1 before my knee went bad !
Cycling is a good exercise for people who have weak knees.. of course you have to ease into it.
Don’t think about your time in terms of dollars that you could have been making.
That's a good point.

I take 3 different 5000 piece puzzles, mix all the pieces together, and try to build them all in a weekend.
Are you able to complete that? That sounds like something which would make me more anxious, probably.
Exercise couple times/week. Swim and sauna also. I watched a Netflix movie either on Friday or Saturday’s night.
I have gotten really annoyed by movies. Once a while, I find something decent, but most of the time I just get mad at myself that I wasted my time by watching that. I love swimming, I should look for some pools in my area. Thx
“most of the time I just get mad at myself that I wasted my time by watching that.” Try documentaries, older movies (80-90s). I like to watch Jacque Cousteau docs.
