Take them for drinks/coffee/boba depending on their preference if this is because a project went well. If you’re leaving the company (and want to thank them for being there) a thank you card is always nice. I’ve received them and I really appreciated them and I’ve given them to people as well.
Write an email to their manager and cc them
This is the correct way. Do not take them for lunch of dinner. That won't do them much good. They helped you in office, and you make sure that their managers hear this from you. Thank you
