How does Fitbit offer competitive comp?
Their stock price is terrible, how would they match compensate employees from pre-ipo companies (or healthy public companies)? Do they just offer more stock to make up for it? High base? Or not even bother to match?

I just bought FIT stock thinking it's at a low but this thread makes me think I'm going to lose my money.
The idea of Fitbit being competitive at anything is laughable.
