Why do Indians support Israel so much( on blind surprisingly) when Israel really thinks 💩of them ?
I’ve seen a lot of info for engineers but nothing for managers/directors. I’m curious if the impressive salaries continue to scale up with manager levels. I’m an M1 at FB and comp scales nicely here as one becomes more senior.
IC to manager I’ve heard is small, like 5%. Jump to director is significant I assume.
Only Directors' comps are worth bragging about. Many managers and senior managers make less than a high performer IC.
One director I know makes in the 700k-1M range.
FB directors make more like 1-2m. How is this possible?
Maybe that is his top of market? 🤷
Engineering managers average comp in the 475k range
Seems like it has to be higher. Otherwise you'd go to Google/FB.
