I'm fairly new in the industry still (~1.5 YOE) and on my 2nd job (1st was fixed contract). Do recruiters just message anyone with a pulse who has any experience or people they think actually stand a chance at the job? I get messages from places I've actually heard of nowadays but at the same time I also got a message from a workday recruiter while already working at workday so I really don't know what to think 😂😂😂
Really good recruiters won't waste their time or yours. However, there aren't that many good recruiters which is why you receive so many emails that don't match your background, skills or location. The consulting companies are the worst.

Question about women in their 30’s?
Yes and no. I get a lot of messages from recruiters every day but not from peloton
Yeah I don't think messaging people who already work at the company as though they don't is standard to be clear I think that individual is just maybe not great at their job 😅
