How does refreshers and bonus work at Apple? I hear 0%-200% for the refresh and 0-15% for bonus as the ranges. Nothing is mentioned on the offer letter, so just verbal communication from rec. I'm guessing bonus is straight forward, based on base pay. For refreshers, Is it 200% of base or 200% of annual RSU vesting amount or 200% of the median RSU offered to people in that level? And do refreshers also vest in 4 years? What's the vesting cycle? Annual or semi-annual? I'm not expecting to get 200%, just trying to get the denominator. ------------------ The recruiter is hard to connect with and very ad-hoc. I'm guessing he is overwhelmed with too many things. OP, depends on your performance. I would say 200% of base is quite rare but you can get 100% of base if exceeds. On an average it will be 60-70k for ICT3 and around 100k for ICT4
