What level would Zuck be, had he not created FB
I am expecting an offer from Ford. This job is listed as HTHD (high tech and high demand). The salary grade levels and the respective pay is listed in the pdf below: https://corporate.ford.com/content/dam/corporate/us/en-us/documents/careers/2022-benefits-and-comp-GSR-sal-plan-2.pdf How do I know what salary grade I fall in? Also, when filling the application, I mentioned my desired compensation. If I get offer, can I negotiate my compensation and ask more than what I filled in my application? #interview #auto #ford #fordcompensation #stellantis
Yes I live in Michigan and this is listed as a hybrid position. As of now it is remote.
Yoe? Sw?
What happens if the job is HTHD? Then don't they have to apply GSR limits? And can they offer more than GSR limits??
HTHD is basically +1 to the GSR payband. E.g. GSR7 HTHD = GSR8 non-HTHD
Thanks. So are electrification jobs mostly HTHD? Do you have any idea on what qualifications are required for GSR7 and 8? I checked online and saw that my current base salary is at highest end of GSR7? I have PhD and totally 5 years industry experience. So I m curious what level I would be considered.
First tc or gtfo. Yes you can ask for more but be prepared to justify why and be ready to walk away if you really want that specific dollar amount. Coming from fca they how desperate people are at Fca now.
Yes. Had an offer in April from Ford. Asked for a higher salary and they sent the revised amount about 2 days later.
Thank you.
