How hard is it to get into Microsoft? I applied via LinkedIn several times and was always rejected without interview
I have nearly 10 years of experience with JavaScript and java. I applied for Berlin jobs in Germany . I was even invited for an interview at Google. But not once at Microsoft. Is the hiring bar at Microsoft higher? #engineering #software #swe #microsoft
Best thing to do: If you know someone working at Microsoft, ask them to send resume to hiring manager directly. Most of the times, that will guarantee a phone screen!
Can relate. 10 YOE and not even got a response to my application. I also got relevant experience for the position. Maybe it's #Germany?
Isn't Siemens a good place to be? Tarif salaries and 35h/week? I'm sure there are other perks as well
It happened to me too as well. Even with a referral it's not working. Maybe they are having a hiring freeze now.

Same for me, ended up taking an SDM role in Amazon, although my past exp has been solely on Azure and Microsoft technologies.
