In terms of culture/WLB, interesting work, impact/growth, talent, thrash. I’ve heard WLB is generally bad at Devices/Lab126 - why is that? The team I interviewed with has no oncall yet and said hours can be pretty chill (9 to 5/6), but seems like an outlier. It’s also a newer team so I’d expect chaos, but apparently not?
