How is Atlassian?
How is Atlassian? How is the work culture and what is the expected pay range for someone with less than 2 years of experience?
I have to say JiRA sucks, it is not scalable.
I'd say the atlassian suite of products is decent, but they have issues with the front end. It sucks and it's way too slow. They only got an Android client very recently

Comp depends on office location and role - Sydney, Austin, SF, MV...? Developer? Design? Product management? Less than 2 years would be a P4 level. Would expect base for P4 developer in the bay to be 130k USD, but Syd 100k AUD. Not sure what new hires get now for RSUs etc. Culture is great. Work life balance is amazing. People are super friendly and great to work with. Can feel a bit culty at times for sure but what tech company doesn't?
