Anybody knows about or works for Clarabridge here. I keep hearing about this company which is recognized by Forrester as the leader of AI-based text analytics platform. Is it true or bullshit? I have never found any research papers published by them.
but yes vendors love using any mention of their names in published research to flaunt they are well respected. i’d ask the vendor to share the full report write up and that way you can get the full vendor landscape picture not just the provider who is reaching out.
tip for the future since i know this post is out dated

Forrester's business model is to have companies pay them to write reports about products. Then Forrester writes a pseduo-intellectual report with jargony words in it and maybe some graphs for fun and hands that to the sales bros who send them to all their "prospects" in Salesforce, hoping one of them is dumb enough to buy whatever bullshit product they're selling. If your product is any good you don't need to pay Forrester to write a report about it.
wrong. forrester nor gartner are pay for play despite popular bias from the tech provider space. the criteria for evaluating vendors are clearly written in the reports. a decades old argument and my favorite objection. 😉
