How is Coinbase doing now?

I’ve got a couple friends there that are definitely making less than what LinkedIn pays. 4-5 YOE making ~200TC including Coinbase equity and bonus

Caught cold. Runny nose. 105 degree fever. On antibiotic as well.

God. I remember those time when Coinbase use to crash once every hour because everybody wanted to get into action. Nowadays its like a graveyard.

So I actually think things are quite good right now. There's been some noise with people leaving, but tbh I can only think of one recent departure that wasn't an addition by subtraction. Company is doing well by every metric it can be in a cool crypto market, just moved into a new office, everything feels quite solid and we're making solid progress. Not sure TC for senior but ic4 is ~200k, I suspect many people will be getting raises in the next few perf cycles to better reflect our valuation. Coinbase equity is definitely worth having imo, I think there's a lot of potential room for growth. WLB is far better than it use to be. It's still high growth so there are times when it's a bit crazy but usually I work roughly 10-6. No idea about IPO. I suggest checking out this video.
