How is GenAI org in Meta?

An infra swe with good ML knowledge. Is it a good org to join? I assume that there has been a lot of growth in the org during the past year. How is the culture now? Did it get very political? Is there a lot of pressure in quick product iterations, or is it more like a research/infra org? TC: to be known soon...
