WLB is best at Yahoo.
Life and balance are good, no work. All the svps keep getting fired and new ones are brought in. Too much change too quickly.
Why keep firing but hiring at the same time?
Depends on team. Mail, finance are great. Ads have worse wlb, lots of flux all the time. Lots of disgruntled former employees on blind who were pissed off with necessary changes 1-2 years ago and now love to be pissy, so careful believing too much their advice.
I’m in ads and I can say WLB is not good. Always wonder where the ones with good WLB work (according to Blind there are plenty) —so they are in mail and finance!
