I know someone who thought it was amazing for Netflix -- sort of being like watching a movie screen in your own dark room. Personally when I've tried it I thought the headset was still weighty and the pixels were noticeable, but I guess it's based on your tolerance! Also, since there's no external sensors, the Go is purely rotational and can't detect displacement.
It's good. Benefit with Netflix is that you can lie down and switch the screen to point up and watch. No need to keep sitting on the couch and hurt your back and neck. Other 360 degree content is also good to watch. Only 3 degrees of motion though. Compared to 6 degrees of motion offered by other more expensive ones. But that's only for gaming. I would say it's the best bang for buck in the market at the moment.
It’s perfect for 360 stereographic content and watching movies in a theater type set up. The gaming is pretty lacking because of the limitations of the controller but I think it’s perfect for media content. The UI, the screen, the feel of the headset all feel slick, especially for a $200 device.
Best value device for vr porn which is pretty mind blowing
If you don't care about motion controls should be good
