How is Quickbooks org @Intuit in general?

Culture, wlb, management and career growth wise. #intuit #tech

Culture is great, very friendly and lots of perks that are remote friendly. WLB and management is very team dependent but most people in SBSEG have it okay. Career growth wise is poor. The process is extremely political and you are almost always better switching companies than try for internal promotion.

Worst managers at IDC in quickbooks desktop, there is only politics. Shit work, no skill increase.

Great benefits that are constantly increasing. I work with corporate sales not small business and consumer so I can speak for that group but it is a large area of growth for the organisation. As it’s been said before most people do have to boomerang as in leave Intuit and then come back to advance.

That’s basically 70% of the company. Can you be more specific?

Very wide spectrum from like web chat, payroll, and payments to business development for large accounting firms.
