How is WLB at Synchrony?

Business side or IT side? Depends on your team most often. The job is all remote if you choose that route so that’s a benefit the only stipulation is as long as your within a day of travel to a hub office. Everyone has Friday afternoon’s off to spend with family if you don’t have anything critical to work on. (Think Summer Friday’s but permanent) Friday mornings is also are a dedicated self-development and training day and there shouldn’t be any calls/meetings happening unless they are mission critical. As far as TJX team I can’t speak to it since I’m not in that dept./team. Could you tell me about some of the conflicting things you’re seeing? I know some folks around and can check in. Feel free to DM. Im an AVP as well just for your knowledge.

I’m also an AVP in analytics and I think it’s pretty team based. From what I’ve seen throughout my time here, WLB is pretty good, especially with the half day Fridays. It might be different if you’re on a partner team and the partner is demanding but I haven’t seen anyone who seemed overworked

AVP/VPs in SYF are dime a dozen. Good place if you are mediocre or slightly above average. If you have ambition, it's not a place to be. and alot depends on Team and department like others said.
