How is intercom doing? Has it laid off people in the past and do they have any plans of closing some more initiatives? Also, any news on IPO? #tech #intercom

Laid off 5% of the company in September 2022, then 13% of the remainder in November 2022, then later laid off specifically the web team to relocate it to Dublin. Has also been quietly firing anyone who disagrees with the returning CEO. IPO is no longer on the table.
