In the US, I have a lot of time for doing other things. Workout 5 times a week and travel once a month to national parks and beaches. Do you get to do the same in India? I recently went there and see a lot of people slaving even on Saturdays. They don't even seem to come out of their room on wfh days. Is it a bad idea to move back ? In the US on the other hand, layoffs happen often, it's employment at will and we have to worry about visa
Too generic . Depends on the company and team. If you have other reasons to move to India that are important to you , go ahead
Indian tech is still very new. The manager god like complex still exists. Maybe different in newer tech companies but I don’t think it is any way better than US
Amazon India is very bad. Even msft India is somewhat bad.
I have moved back to India from the US. US work culture is 🤌🏻🤌🏻
