@Nike, lol hardly. Depends where you are. It's a sound environment with great people and culture. Been here 3 years. Best company I've worked at. Ex SFDC, VMware, Airbnb.

Oh wow you know 6 people out of a 2200+ company. Wow you must be a genius to figure that less than the 0.003% of the company represents overall corporate culture health. Maybe they just weren't up to the task? We're in a transformational period and it's all hands on deck. Seen a lot of coasters in my lifetime at the company and frankly glad they're gone.
The retention is pretty bad, but maybe not compared to similarly sized companies
My New Relic offer is twice DD and Splunk offer for the same level. Idk why, but DD is being portrayed as Wall Street darling while Splunk is slipping trying to catch up on observability smh. So far, WLB is pretty good.
Whats ur interview experience?
I thought DD pays way better than NewRelic. Mind saying what role and offer you got at NR?
