How is pay at spaceX(starlink) for chip design?
Saw a lot of positions there. Since spaceX is not a public company, I guess there is no RSU. So how is the pay there? Do people get more base+bonus? And in general, is it a good place to work compared to other top chip design companies like FAANG, nvda, amd, etc?
Had an interview there like a year ago and all this guy talked about was prestige. Was very cringy
