How is the Amazon tax services team in Sunnyvale?
Reached out by recruiter for sde 2 - backend. They mentioned it was under eCS org. I'm currently at Yahoo and really need to leave to improve tc (200k) Just worried about wlb and pip rate. Should I continue to interview with them or try for other team? Don't want to go into cooldown if this is not good. Any reviews please. How is this org compared to others? #amazon

It’s a lot of expansion to new marketplaces. Imo when I worked with them it was really boring business use cases mainly because I wasn’t interested in tax law at all. However if that’s your thing you will find it interesting. It was a lot of working with accounting and finance to figure out why product X was charged with tax rate A when the seller thought it should be tax rate B
