How is the Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) through Upgrad?

I'm M.Tech Guy having 4 years experience in SW Development and thinking to be a manager after 4 to 5 years. My company is sponsoring the same. How will it be if I choose Upgrade for DBA? Will it benefit my career? #tech #advice
