How is the “Growth” team at Reddit?
Possibly interviewing for an SRE role in the “growth” team. Anyone know much about it and what TC im looking at? Current TC 137K 4 YOE
You may come in as a senior swe, and I believe salaries are 165+ for that level.
Would they be willing to accept someone that’s more mid level?
Good team culture, they launch a lot of stuff, have broad mandate, good engineers on that team. Good team to join.
