How is the morale at Airbnb? Layoff situation?
Context: I’m looking to find out situation at ABNB because it is my dream company and would do everything i can to interview. Brian is trying his hardest to keep a good image of the company. He is doing well so far. But the lower numbers of people doing airbnb and the nights don’t lie OR media is exaggerating. How is the situation in airbnb. Any word of layoffs? Is it a bad time to join? I worked at Airbnb for almost 4 years. It’s extremely political, very tops-down, and not good for career growth. It also used to be my dream job until I realized how rotten it was and how incompetent the leadership is. From my friends who are still there, morale is low, they want to leave, but places are not hiring for them to leave. Is that an answer you were looking for?
