Series C startup in Bay Area (cant share the name) ~85M funding Valuation ~300M 170k base 170k stock/ 4 years, 1 year cliff 0.056% equity Senior Software Engineer 4yoe, working on distributed database systems Role is to build a system capable of ingesting data at Gb/s rate and do real time analytics. How is it? I also have competing offers from companies like amazon, dropbox, two sigma in $250-300k range. How does it compare? #offer
Why can’t you share the name? If you’re trying to keep them from identifying you because of their size, they can probably figure it out from the financials you posted anyway 🤷♀️ I’d suggest getting an offer from Splunk. Will probably be better numbers and in the same field, well established and good company. They were very competitive with my FB offer in the $300ks TC
