Recently got contacted by a recruiter for working in Client Engagement for Kraken, the crypto exchange. Their offer would be ~$130K + pre-IPO shares, plus benefit of working remote. Does anyone have professional experience working at a crypto exchange? I'd imagine client services are especially tumultuous at the stage of growth in the cryptocurrency industry. Curious for any thoughts. My current TC: ~$100K, no stock in current role, work remote.
