To be transparent I am pretty biased against our CTO. Recently our CTO had an Q&A and the inevitable question about attrition comes up again. He mentioned a few things about things are looking up from Oct to Nov and getter hiring numbers. Then he goes and say we know a bunch of folks that went to companies like Robinhood, Pelton and DocuSign that saw their stock declined by 50% and that would decrease the number of folks leaving since the upside is less. Although I am pretty sure the offer packages from these companies are still way better. I honestly don't think a 50% drop is much compared to the 50 to 80% TC delta of leaving GoDaddy but that's not I am in interested in chatting about. It feels petty to trash ex-employees' new companies, not that GoDaddy stock have done well at -16%, especially at the C-suite . So how are your company's C-suite dealing with the reshuffle #reshuffle #godaddycompensation #godaddy #tech #techcareer #companyculture TC:200K (you see this trash) YOE: 9

Autodesk struggles to retain good C staff. We recently named a bunch of new people to newly created C-level roles, after some great ones (CMO, CFO, CTO) all left. Our CEO addressed the Great Resignation head on in a recent company memo, but it’s all words and no action. I do not expect our comp to match inflation. Not any additional bonuses or payouts for hard work. 🥜 Thankfully, our leaders don’t trash others either. It’s a nice environment, but doesn’t retain top talent because of below market comp. Below C-level, there’s a lot of in-fighting and political jostling, as is normal in any big company. TC: similar to yours YOE: same as yours
We got extra stock ranging 10-20k vested over the next four years. Cha-ching! And then another $50 for the holidays. Cha-ching cha-ching!
Imagine making 200k and being so out of touch
Not sure how I am out of touch but I am interested in why you think I am

By assuming its banker reputation is shared by job functions not in the front office. They need to quickly understand they aren't competing with other banks for tech talent.
Just for reference, my TC is over 200k after the massive 50% drop in stock price at Docu. 😬 it’s a big hit but I agree, probably pays more still. YOE - 5
Can confirm. Definitely does. YOE 10, TC 210k
