Hiring managers and recruiters: If someone with no college degree has done some significant open source contributions and have followed online courses like udacity nano degree, how likely you will consider him/her for a entry level SDE position? Will this significantly affect the chances of getting an interview?

Isn't it really just up to the recruiter? If you made it through the initial screening, that means you're already under consideration.
No impacts at my organization. We interview for skill and talent. Degree doesn't matter unless u sign up for our early career program.
Degree does not always correlate with proficiency. Your college experience gets you past HR probably, but I never have considered it during loops.

That’s still totally fine, as long as the interview goes well . Honestly The chances of getting an interview is based on how much connected you are especially with recruiters. Sometimes headhunters (separate agencies ) do a great job in landing you a first gig and then big tech recruiters will start noticing you more
