How likely to pass Google HC
I was told my HC will be early next week, however, recruiter also send three teams over who are interested in my background. Wondering why they start the team match before HC? What if candidate get rejected after HC? And also wondering how likely to pass the HC? I heard 2/3 candidates got rejected, is it true?
After HC there is executive review so it is possible to get rejected after HC.
But do those really happen for the sheeple? I can't imagine some VP giving two shits about an L4 engineer.
L4/Eng - how likely that you get reject at SVP review?
I was told that if there are successful team matches, it will be included in the HC packet and it has a better chance of going through.

LOL Here's one: Hiring committee evaluated at L4 to begin, then they decided to pass instead of down level. The option was brought up though.
Recruiter told your feedback? I guess its 20 % chance to pass HC.
!! Only 20%? Then that sounds like a lot effort they will waste to start the team match before HC
Generally team match before hc means the recruiter is not 100% confident of your chances of getting through hc. Thus he asks for team match, and see if some team might be willing to add a letter of support to your package.. increasing your hc chances. That's what I experienced.
