How long can I keep a Facebook offer pending

I have received an offer from Facebook but recruiter is not budging for negotiations. He is also wanting me to sign the offer letter asap. I have Google onsite scheduled next week and looking forward to that as a negotiating tool. How do I proceed in this scenario? I don't want to piss off the FB guys, but wanna ensure I get a good deal for myself.

No longer than 2 weeks

I was told my offer was good for a year and that fb doesn’t use deadlines to force decisions.

Tell him that you have a lot of schedualed interviews and you are willing not to proceed with any other interviews, if they gave you a good offer. You can ask for something like 250 total compensation + 75 sign up. If he said no, ask him for more time to finish other interviews. Be polite, friendly and confident.

Lol I tried that ... I did some soft negotiating and they budged a little... But still not to my expectations. Issue is I'm changing countries and hence have no base to compare or fallback to.

Usually FB offers valid for 6-12 months. Not sure why recruiter is pushing you, maybe trying to lowball
