For those with recent on sites. Haven’t heard from recruiter post on-site in a week. General consensus seems to be rejects happen either soon or are delayed past a week. And offers come soon if you’re stellar or in a week if they are on the fence. Also did they give feedback before and did they call or email directly?
Did you do well in all rounds?
Idk, but yeah, it sucks. Earlier in my career, back when you flew out for interviews, my wrap-up (usually HR) interviewer would tell me I was going to get an offer, so I could fly home in peace. Miss those days
Did you follow up? No updates at all from recruiter?
Took my onsite 2-3 weeks ago. Gave my onsite all on weds heard back Monday morning extending an E4 offer
Why from Google to Meta?
Hardware or software position?
What if you were their first candidate interviewed, then longer wait time makes sense
I took my onsite last Tuesday and didn't get any response until now
Calm down dude.
It's not his fault. It's an anxious feeling to be waiting on your on-site feedback.
