I do 30mins of Shambavi, 15mins of Shoonya, 1h of Pranayama, 45mins of Surya Kriya everyday (all are part of Isha Yoga). 😊
And you work for Meta which isn’t known for WLB. How do you make time everyday? :)
Work is hectic for sure, but these practices improved my overall productivity, so that I can be hyper-focused while working, without any distractions. I split the time between morning and evening. Over time with these practices, your sleeping time gradually goes down, which leaves me with even more time.

I do 20 mins of Shambhavi and 1 hour of either yogasanas or angamardhana. This let's me focus completely at work and my overall workout is also taken care of. All of them from Isha yoga

50 minutes of yogasanas - I include 7 minutes of sarvangasana, 3.5 minutes of halasana, chakrasana, setubandasana and matsyasana each in that time, so lots of inversion. 20 minutes shambhavi, 40 minutes of other advanced pranayamas and yoga nidra. 30 minutes of either chanting or classical music practice. Takes a total of 2.5 hours every morning. I studied at both Sivananda and Isha ashrams in India.
