How long has your job search been?

For the ones actively trying to leave or the ones who have been laid off, how long has it been since your search? For me almost 1 year. I only started getting calls in November though. Failed Amazon, Google, DoorDash, SpaceX, Meta, and Uber. If you got an offer, add in the comments how long it took

I spent more than a year to find the last job. Luckily, I was employed during that time, just wasn't able to find a job.

That’s also a good advice: start looking for a new job 1 year in advance before layoffs.

Yeah I’m on the same boat. Still employed but looking for better. Gonna do better on interviews when my cooldowns reset because this cycle I only prepped 1 month cause I was naive and started re-learning DSA when I got an interview call lol. Have multiple months of prep now so fingers crossed for next time
