Currently have an offer from another company. However I have to push my start date to 4 months to 6 months later due to some VISA issues. Blinders, do you have experience pushing the start date that further?
Which company
Lyft
Amazon waited 4 months for me, as a new grad.
11 months, new grad
Accenture gave me 1 day to accept my offer. Then I had to argue with the recruiter before he finally gave me a week to decide. The position was to be a Technology Analyst in San Francisco, which paid 60k.
Typical Accenture.
That’s almost offensive, sorry to hear that
Usually depends whether the company is big or startup and whether you were hired for a specific position in a slow hiring environment or not. Basically if they don't need you for a specific position right now, they will most likely wait. Hiring is hard and Lyft will probably still be growing and hiring in 6 months, so they might as well let you start in 6 months
Msft gave me >3 months
Google gave me 14 months. lol
Amazon waited 3 months for me
