Everyone always says just stay at Amazon long enough to get out and find a better job, how long is long enough to stay at Amazon for it to help with a career and not make you look like a job hopper?
Interesting how mixed the results of this survey are
Until jeff comes back from space to your desk and say , enough you r promoted
Working at Amazon is a 2 to 4 year play. Signing bonus expires after 2nd year. Original RSU grants are full vested by end of year 4. So unless you have refresher RSUs or been promoted, it makes little sense to continue into more than 4 years. If you care about having some semblance of a life outside of work, then best to stay away altogether.
I'd rather be at Amazon vs accenture
Funny. I’ve been at both and much better experience at Accenture in all aspects.
