How long it took you to get feedback after onsite with OCI
How long it took you to get a feedback (either offer or reject) after onsite at OCI? Thanks.
Had to ping 5 days later to get a reject
Got an accept the next day
Got it. Probably a reject then. If so, really bad interview experience to ghost candidates just because they didnāt pass.
How many days has it been for you ? OCI typically has the hiring manager reach out directly. Is he out on vacation ?
Imo accept = u hear within 48 Hrs. Delayed = reject
Oracle is a big company, you know.
