How long to get Tesla offer?
How long did it take for you to get an offer from Tesla after your on-site? My on-site was about two weeks ago and all Iโve heard was from one of the recruiters saying the other recruiter would reach out to me with updates. Is it over or does it just take this long to make decisions? This is for new grad swe Thanks #software #swe #Interview

I got verbal offer after a week and written offer after 3 weeks
Same boat, had on-site Friday 22 and waiting on offer or rejection ๐ฌ

It's been 3 weeks since my virtual onsite now and no response from the recruiter so far. I have assumed that it's a reject and moved on.

It depends. Recruitment is a black box. May or maynot. I recommend dropping them a follow up every week.
