How many do you usually send in? I used to do 1-2, maybe 3, but then I came across a screenshot where the person applied to 40 roles. Half of his apps were declined, the other half in process. Started doing the same and getting better results. #microsoft #slack #paypal #meta #twitter #dropbox #amazon #atlassian #google #instacart #square #snowflake #rubrik #bloomberg #stripe #snap #lyft #uber #spotify #apple #robinhood #yelp #vmware #netflix
I talked to a recruiter once and she said they can see all the positions a candidate has applied and it’s usually a bad sign if there are applications for different skill sets. I would say 3-4 are still ok, because you could find that many relevant roles in the company. Any recruiters, please correct

I can see how many jobs you apply to. If I see >1, I will take a glance to see what they are. If I see >2, if I liked your first resume I check the others to see if they match. If I see >3, I simply decline.
Ok, don’t care. Lmao. You’re out of touch with interviewing as a candidate in 2024.
That’s fine, just want want to be out of touch is I’m a hiring manager for 5 roles currently :) Go ahead, apply to all of them.
