How many days to get h1 transfer decision once filed in PP ? I know it’s 14 days officially, but in how many days people are getting recently ? Not receipt, final decision: RFE/approval/denial

First off, it is fifteen (15) days not 14. Not sure where you got that number from. If there is an RFE, not a final decision, USCIS typically provides 90 days to respond. Depending on the type of RFE (speciality occupation, beneficiary's qualifications, non-immigrant status, level 1- prevailing wage, employee/employer relationship; etc.), you may take my advise that you should give your attorneys the time to respond adequately.
So what happens if RFE is issued, we cannot change the employer till lawyers respond and we get final decision?
